Weekend Photofun 16-17-18

Jerome, given the condition that thing must have been in after the wreck, I'm surprised it didn't go directly to the dead line. It almost looks like they replaced the damaged long hood with a less damaged CSX long hood. Don't know when it lost the fuel tanks but I'm assuming it must have been as a result of the wreck. It sure would be interesting to know the history of this one.

I painted the area for the park today and applied the WS blended turf.

I've been weathering box cars this weekend. These still need the roofs done and some graffiti, but it's a start.

Looks good and I have 2 cents to add. The cab area and cargo area would not be open to each other and the windshield wouldn't go that far down. I can't recall off hand but the windshield would be as small as possible to limit risks. Over all I like what you've done.

As for the window, it got every close to that (there's a bottom bar, but...)

I did leave out the cab wall, I was having troubles getting the body to stay on with a wall in there!
