Love this layout ! Is there a last version of the track plan somewhere ? As usual, I surely missed something...

Track plan is still the same as it was during the design phase Not sure what post number it was but definitely on page one of this thread.

A week ago I ordered a universal throttle pocket for my NCE powercab. I cannot decide where it would best be situated. See photos below:

Any feedback would be appreciated

I use the same throttle pockets. I put them low so when the throttle is in it doesn’t obstruct view of the layout so much. I’ll have a fascia one day

Can you still mount it anyway?

I screwed the two halves next to one another, works for now!

Yup! Did exactly that

It arrived warped and the plastic seems a little brittle so my guess is it’s been on the shelf for a bit.

I'm guessing it broke at the bottom? Maybe a thin plastic brace glued across the joint will get you through the show if you can't get another one in time. THE SHOW MUST GO ON!!!

Here is a cradle that I made for my Powercab. I wanted something that I could use as a console and also as a walkaround control.
Essentially it is a cradle mounted at an angle. I can access all the controls without removing it from the cradle or I can slide it out
and use it as a walkaround controller. A couple of pieces of wood and a little bit of paint.

Yeah, snapped right down the middle. I managed to screw the two halves next to each other and it’s working for now. The show WILL go on!
