Love those F units in ACL purple!
Good evening y'all. Spent some time gluing road bed and highway sub bed to the layout. Picked up a few Morning Sun E-Books in a bundle. for a good price. Spent some time reading and being inspired.
Other than the complicated brick work, this structure is Ideal for the headhouse of my four track stub end passenger terminal. This was the Pennsylvania Railroad station in West Chester, PA, back in 1930, around the time the line was electrified. 4 tracks, 2 platforms, mostly commuter trains, some M.B. & E.
New acquisitions from Intermountain, that arrived on Friday, and Saturday. Grain and Breakfast Cereal service.
Good sunday evening fellers. I hope everyone is doing well. Took some pics of my damaged GP38. This is what I got for $162.

So yeah I've been less than pleased with this purchase.
Justin, I echo what
Karl said - that GP38 is definitely worth saving, though you will have to do some minor repairs. At least it runs, and you don't need to do any repainting on the body itself - just the handrails.
