From what I remember, the issue with Amazon was they enticed you to purchase something for a great price, but buried in the fine print at the bottom of page 3 was something informing you that completing the purchase committed you to a Prime membership. Once people realized it after getting their cards dinged for the membership fee, they then discovered it was nearly impossible to cancel.
Thanks. But maybe I’m spoiled as my wife meticulously goes through documentation like that. We’ve been in and out of Prime membership trials for years and she has never had issues cancelling. Lazy and entitled folks getting their hand out

I’ve never tried to cancel Prime in the U.S. so I don’t know how hard it is. It I have canceled Prime in Japan multiple times and the Japanese website is basically run off the same system.

So I agree with you.

The worst is when they borrow it behind your back, then try to say it was not them, then you find it in their stuff and they have somehow messed it up,
1. A screwdriver, How can someone borrow a small screwdriver meant for tIghtening glasses then get something on the handle that basically leaves it squidgy to the touch, melted but not, and swear it was not them when it turns up in their car.
2. Oh oh and why oh why when someone replaces a battery, on something they are not meant to be borrowingbanyway, why cannot they replace the xxxx plastic cover!worse I never find the covers either,it’s like I have an invisible plastic cover thief.
3. Also 12 of my 15 vintage kebab sticks have disappeared, my youngest fancies himself a chef, but he denies having had them. 12, 12 is a set..I think he gifted my vintage kebab sticks to a mate. Or took the, used them so,where then just abandoned them, If I ever get proof I may Shish kebab him. My husband might take one and use it for some stupid project, but not 12!
4. I gave up on expensive paint brushes for modelling, I use cheap kids ones, nobody nicks those. Well not as often.
5. The worst? Once in a while something goes missing, then I am thinking which one took it….and it turns up and I remember aaah oh that was me!

Good evening folks, a beautiful day here today, hit 85 with lots of sunshine and a nice breeze. Worked at the gunstore today, busy enough to make the day go quickly. Niece and g'niece Mollie are over and the ladies are watching Mollie tell them what all she wants for her birthday and then Christmas from the new Walmart Christmas catalog.
