It sure is. In the last 6 weeks I’ve added two more holes to my belts. I don’t want to have to go back…Is that waist line savings time?![]()

I’m reducing and while the will power around the next 6 weeks will be lower I have a goal for 1/1. Also because we’ll be home alone for both T-giving and Xmas Terry will significantly reduce her baking.May want to keep that hole punch around. CongratsI just checked my email and received the results of my Galleri multi-cancer screening test. It's a blood test that detects the DNA/spike protein that the cancer cells shed. 50+ cancers can be detected. Thankfully my results were ZERO detections. My Dr did a clinic and we had a significant discount. It is Tri-Care approved and should be Medi-Care approved next year.

Drinks Coffee
Dons his shades
"I'll be back. Gotta Poop."
In other news, watched an interesting documentary on WATU (Royal Navy training unit in WWII)
Ignore the spelling in the auto generated subtitles that you can't turn off...
Microsoft's AI Copilot helped me to recreate an image of that Happy Thanksgiving using actual photos of Mick and me.One Thanksgiving, it was just me and my Dalmatian, Mickey. We enjoyed turkey hotdogs, and I had sauerkraut. We watched football until we drifted off to sleep. It turned out to be one of the happiest Thanksgivings ever.
A little bit, but i was amazed at the results.Spooky huh?
