I think I posted this already in another thread. The layout is run by a for-profit corporation and supports itself with admissions, which run about $13 on weekdays and $20 on weekends. when I was there, on a weekday, the place was packed, so I assume they have a pretty good revenue stream to support all those little trucks and trains they have running around.
 
Rex, it's truely amazing in person, Just the ships moving in real water under computer control is fascinating. I think you need a control room like they have for your layout. :)
 
Don't I wish! I would need a computer to control the computers...I can barely keep track of my layout as it is :D.
