Yes, Bachmann bought them in 2001, since then they've become the biggest supplier of UK RTR N gauge in the UK.Yes and no, it is graham Farish (which i think is bachman these days right?) Its DCC ready but i am still using dc/analogue
Am i correct in thinking that the Class 37 is the last, still in use of the iconic "Deltic" shape?Yes, Bachmann bought them in 2001, since then they've become the biggest supplier of UK RTR N gauge in the UK.
Yes, in total there are 66 still in service, 3 are based here in Derby and we often see others here when they bring Aviation Fuel to the Rolls Royce siding.Am i correct in thinking that the Class 37 is the last, still in use of the iconic "Deltic" shape?
If it's going to take you that long maybe you should start a thread about it and we can all follow along with the build.I actually bought this last month but it arrived today...close enough https://lombardhobby.com/walthers-cornerstone-ho-933-3764-ashmore-hotel-kit/
The instructions are bigger than most kits I've built . This one's gonna take some time
Hmmm? That's an ideaIf it's going to take you that long maybe you should start a thread about it and we can all follow along with the build.

Looks huge and awesome! This one's gonna take some time
I have a couple of old athearn Model A fords similar to your picture up there, they look tiny compared to other items on my layout. Do you think the scale on a lot of these vehicles is close to actual 1/87 in your opinion?assembled older vehicles and some Jordan vehicle kits.
I have finally given in. A black 9F has come up for sale £45.00 including p&p.
Seen it running and a Rule 1 purchase made.
Should be arriving soon. I have a rake of Consett Iron Co wagons for it.
Always a sucker for 10 coupled engines and 9F i count as one of the most handsome British steam locomotives. The 9F arrived yesterday; number 92221. I gave it a trip around the layout light engine. Later I shall hook up the Consett Iron Co. wagons.
I shall post pictures later. Meanwhile, the real things.
