I don’t think you have but glad you did very nice pic. I always hated pulling those 53’ Domestic container it was hard to find a good one first off to take to the customer and they were awkward to pull around a big city like St. Louis and when we had to return it back to the rail the tandems had to be slid all the way back so the Packer could pick them up also they had to be slid all the back at the customer so there fork lift would not nose dive off the dock plate I sure don’t miss them.I don't think I've shared this one before....

That plow is cool looking. Is this actually representing real piece? If so, was the real one build out of one of the streamlined cupola GN cabooses?Heading out of East Bennett towards the boonies. Atlas GP40-2’s, Atlas cabooses, brass plow.

Thanks. I just recently found out about these super streamlined cupolas on few GN cabooses. This snow plow sure reminded me of that. That plow, BN 972540, is a real snowplow. It started out with the Great Northern, where it was numbered X-7300. Here is a picture of it from GN days at rrpicturearchives, on the left. I don't know offhand what exact cars these were built from, but I believe many snowplows were built by railroad shop crews using various available and recycled cars and parts. This picture sure suggests some caboose parts, both steel and wooden, were used at GN:
What's up with that road number? Here’s today’s offering. I repowered this old Athearn Blue box with a Bachmann Spectrum chassis and motor added some hand rails and painted the trucks View attachment 174884
