LOL i know what you mean Jim, these kits are quite large and often dominate a whole layout by themselfs Just think back to my Steel Mill plan I posted here a while back that was a 20'x10' around the walls 3 deck layout lol

I'm in the same boat as Jim. If you can also get me a deal like that on a concrete saw and a couple of pounds of dynamite to blow out a basement wall I can make room for the mill.
