Wife and her sister when to see the new homes of the future or such here in The Fort. One was a two story home from Shipping containers. She said it was actually well designed Looked like four containers in all, and very livable.

Nooo, actually, after about an hour, I get very sleepy and nap for about 15 minutes, then I'm wide awake the rest of the day.
Sleep aids affect me kinda strange too. If I take Melatonin, I'll be awake all night. Same with Ny-Quill if I have the flu.
No shakes at all with the energy drinks. I usually have a "Bang" dring in the morning. Less sodium.

I don't take any of this stuff. No aspirin, no Night Quill. Several years ago my ex gave me some Night Quill, i remember getting up in the middle of the night and in a very drowsy state trying to make my way to the bathroom...i woke face down on the floor in the bathroom, with her panicking on the phone with what i think, was some emergency services. Needless to say that was the first and only time i tried night Quill.
