Ken I know what your r saying

But yes, Harm done. Yes, we lost electricity because the kid logged into dad’s computer and had access to client systems remotely and played! Caused stress to humans and animals out in the stables. Personally, I want a pound or two of flesh. I have now been texted 3 times by the Attorney, 16 makes the person a minor. A hand slap is all the kid will get.

It’s a definitely a cluster Fu.. in my mind
It doesn't matter if the kid gets a slap on the wrist or not, he shouldn't have had any access to a clients systems, so Pop has to take the hit, plus if you take legal action against the company, (Could you prosecute the company for negligence because they should have secured their system from any unauthorised access? but I'm obviously not up on US law), it will become public, which obviously will get around, and customers will probably switch to other companies, hurting him financially, which will not please Pop at all.

I posted earlier that I managed to melt a Hornby TO, I think a better description would be cremated.

The funeral will be tomorrow at 11am.💀

I'm assuming that while I was programming a couple of decoders on my programming track I must also have had the main track power on, couple of wires must have been on the track and I never noticed. The programming track is on a completely separate board to the layout.

On top of that Jason got fired for telling the truth? I am sure he also has a case; at least with the unemployment office. The Company *should* have reprimanded him with a couple of days off, and a "atta boy" trophy.
I don't get this, what were the company going to do exactly, supply a Lawyer (at their expense) before he could speak, I doubt it, sounds more like the owner wanted time, so he could "persuade" Jason to keep quiet, because he knew exactly what had happened and by whom, and wanted Jason not to say anything about it or the two other occasions it had happened.

Potassium...

A commonly prescribed ACE inhibitor, Lisinopril, can cause too high level of potassium. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic, that removes potassium. Both help lower hypertension, so it is a cocktail that many doctors prescribe to treat blood pressure without affecting potassium levels as much as using either drug alone.

Not to take lightly, TomO, for what happened but a little story for you.
Kate had a cousin up in LA (now deceased) who had a 17 YO son who was a genius with computers - and this was back around the latter 1900's.
He managed to somehow hack into the computers at the Pentagon which resulted in the FBI knocking down the door, arresting him, and hauling off all his computing stuff!
Long story short - The kid was given an immediate job right out of HS with the Government making a ton of money and now has his own Company working contracts with the Feds.

Sorry to hear of your trials. I can imagine how that would tie knots with anyone!
I hope that Terry's test were all normal?

Hmmm, interesting. Doctor moved me off of Lisinopril because it made me cough. Switched me to Amlodipine.

I was taking Lisinopril, hydrochlorothiazide and Amlodipine to manage my blood pressure.

I've lost a little over 50 pounds in the last year, and asked my cardiologist if I could try backing off meds.

He suggested I stop taking the Amlodipine as a first step, as, of the three drugs, it would have the least impact. So... That leads me to believe it is the least effective of the three.

I've been monitoring my BP dailey ( a week before stopping Amlodipine, and ever since), and I noticed no significant difference when I stopped taking the Amlodipine.

He said the next one to go would be the hydrochlorothiazide. So I stopped taking that yesterday. Again, no significant rise in blood pressure. I've been averaging like 116 over 68 for about a month.

I'm hoping to get off Lisinopril if I can continue to improve on the obesity. I, 6'2" and topped the scales at 307 lbs just about a year ago. Today, I was 254. My goal is be below 240 fully clothed. I haven't been below 250 since the 90's

I was 240 in college, playing midfielder on the lacrosse team. Of course, back then the wide part of the triangle was my chest. Today it's my waist, lol

Great work on the weight loss. Cheering for you the rest of the way to your goal

Question: Why does the battleship IOWA not appear on Google Maps?
Is it using a "cloaking" device?

You just gotta have the right camera...

You can see the Navy's plan to use palm trees as camouflage didn't work well.

Maybe it's because of the cute girl I brought along. The sailors wanted to say hi to her, so they turned off their cloaking device?

Thanks for the concerns about Terry. We have been home a couple hours and it was a trying long day. As I mentioned in just over 50 years this is my first time waiting testing for her for follow ups. She is exhausted but relieved it is done. That feeling I know. We expect a positive outcome confirmed by all the blood work they did. Three trips that she could recall into various MRI type machines

The electrical conundrum is officially in the hands of the Attorney as Terry agrees the kid needs more then a slap. But, it will not involve the police.

Sherrel, this was no genius computer wiz and he has been caught by staff at least twice per Jason the “specialist.” He is working as an intern there and has for a few summers.

Smudge617, yes Chris they covered up those previous 2. Did they charge the 2 customers? That is unknown. Many American companies including the one I worked the last 28 years for made me sign a Non Disclosure Agreement, known as a NDA. That prevents you from talking about activities you may have witnessed or been part of. It depends how it was written.

What he did was wrong, definitely a cyper crime but not worth us pursuing as a criminal case. Plus, it’s not really our choice, the County DA decides. But in Small Claims Court in Wisconsin or Civil Court in other states, I may get a feeling of satisfaction. I want more then a DA to tell me it is not worth their time and effort. Do we want money? Heck no and there is a limit to what we could file for anyways and the company is doing great. I just want a public record. The attorney says we go after the company and cite that a employee, a minor, admitted the “act”. By doing that it becomes public record but protects the minors name. So that’s that! Maybe a year from now we will have a result but the record of the filing is a public record and that will be next week.

Trains! I have 7 cars at the bench being weathered. All 7 are faded, all the wheelsets are rusted as are the trucks. Some have the roofs weathered and a couple have everything but a final dullcote. But, it will be darker in about 1.25 hours and I will then leave the deck for the trainroom. I am relaxing overseeing Terry looking over her planting beds in the garden. She was told relax, that is her way
