Hi there is this a newer rivarossi? And is it the limited edition? I will get a pic of the bottom later.

The photo is either too grainy or lacks focus for me to be able to tell, but it looks to me like it is at least 20 years old, maybe more. Does it run? Missing any details?
 
Looks like the tender has pizza-cutter wheels, if so, it's probably at least 50 years old.
I kind of, sort of, remember an almost identical question about a very similar engine a couple of months ago. If this is the same engine, I can definitively say it hasn't gotten any newer since the last time.
