New Train room, and a house.

The Internet is a great resource as well. Norfolk Western should have many user groups out there so you could network there and it wouldn't be so much like research.

Come to think of it, I think I have a video of the Norfolk Western. I was pretty cool. You should be able to get it. I got it through Amazon. I'll double check and get you the title.
 
With land like that i would get into ride on live steam :D

Looks like you could use one of these; it used to take about 3 hours to do our yard. It now takes less than one...

 


Thanks Rex, there's some ideas there. I measured the room last night, my shoes must be a foot long, on the first open home I stepped the room out. It's exactly 13' X 25.75'. :eek:

Plenty of room I think, now for the thinking cap!!
