Not a clue, especially since the video never shows the whole engine. What railroad was this on? It's obviously a railroad built engine for some kind of MOW work.

Well DC-1 is rebuilt from a GP9, so its safe to assume DC-6 is similar.

According to the various pic sites and Loram's own webthingy, units designated 'DC' are Ditch Cleaners. http://www.loram.com/Services/Default.aspx?id=240
