  • Hi George. Its a bit different to the Corning or Dow stuff, but still closed cell foam and close enough. Its Kaumpf or something similar and its designed for loft insulation. B&Q has it in 1200mm by 500mm sheets either in 25mm or 50mm thickness. The true blue Styrofoam SM is available from Sheffield Insulations and a place in London called 4D Models.

    Just wondered where you managed to find pink styrofoam in the UK! Is it the same kind of stuff our friends over the pond use on top of their baseboards to lay track and build scenery?
