DDA40X is coming

Well, it comes with two motors with flywheels ($40 each), Two Tsunamis ($80 each), and Two speakers ($12 each). Total cost of those components = $264 alone. Since it's a Genesis, expect the base loco to cost about $150, $100 without the motor in it. $100+264 = $364. With a conservative 20% discount (who pays MSRP?) the price is $400.

I think it's reasonable, but unnecessary.
 


If they could put even a tungsten plug into the frame someplace, this thing would be the Great Engine of the plastic HO diesel world.
 
It's in my wish list, but they did not announce the current excursion rendition, which is the one I want.
