C44-9W details

I have a BNSF C44-9W with Tsunami sound in it but the sound sounds slightly muffled. I figure If I can get an etched radiator plate for on the radiator, the sound will be much clearer. Just wondering who makes one other than DW and if I can buy just the plate. I don't really care about the price.
