Nice looking loco, paint job and decaling. I see your
having about the same poroblem I had in that your subject almost doesn't seem as sharp as the loco behind it. Taking close-up shots is pretty tricky with digital, more so even than I thought too, I had the same problem as it seems the focus area shifts?
What camera and lens were you using? Also was the shot HH [hand held] I often take mine that way too and am then somewhat disapointed due to sharpness too.
The reason I gave the shot a 9 was the brass rails which look out of place, I also realize it's hard to do everything at once.
