Trotters plenty of meat, head brain tongue, also plenty of meat a little human than pets?
Skin-scratchings, a very small amount of leather, bones ground for gardeners/farmers, maybe pet food ears certainly, pig hearts, live, kidney sone human rest pet food….pigs ears pets and chopped for tins I’m sure
Ok but what happens to the guts!…do I want the answer?
Stomachs, spleens, pancreas, etc go to the Asian markets. Intestines are used for sausage casings. Blood is frozen and sold to different ethnic markets. Liver & kidneys were hot sellers.

Shouldn't we be talking sports or anything else to change the subject?

I love sausage, but I don't want to know how it is made. And I don't eat "mystery meat" at any buffet!
From a review of local restaurant........

While the regular menu holds solid renditions of sweet and sour pork and Kung Pao chicken, the real attraction is the “Wild Side” menu, chock full of the bizarre and unfamiliar. On this side of the aisle, strands of sour & spicy jellyfish, chunks of stir-fried frog jumping with pickled chili peppers and pork stomach strips are the norm. From a small sampling of the exhaustive list, “The Other Parts of a Pig,” makes a strong impression: a tin fire pot engulfed in flame and holding a cauldron of pork intestines, burgundy cubes of blood sausage, and soft tofu in a salty, five-spice broth.

I'm all but certain he meant that as a compliment.

God help me... I'm beginning to understand Kusojiji! If he were a baseball player, I would call him Cujo. No particular reason, it just seems to sound right in my mind. 🤪
Sorry if I come across poorly. I do try to keep things light (no pun intended).

I don't know who Cujo is, but I guess it's not the dog! haha

No doubt. I didn’t take offense.
Sorry about that! My comment was based on the amount of light pucks and not anything else. I'm sure you did all the calculations to get the right amount of light in that gigantic room. I guess I should have prefaced my joke by stating something to that effect, but I am tending to be more scatter brained nowadays.

But, to Troy's requirement, perhaps he should add more pucks and use the dimming function to set the levels to the requirement at that time. Better to have more than not enough (which was probably already stated).

I was in the pork production business twice in my working life. Both times in sales, once in the foodservice/hospitality side and once in the retail side. One company (Large well known) processed 18,000 hogs per day (in just that facility) and the other company was much a much smaller boutique processor that did 2,400 hog per week.

I can confirm that everything was processed/sold, but the squeal.
So the part about that thing being made of lips and a-holes... haha

SKIP THE NEXT PART IF SQUEAMISH

A friend of mine said that he once worked in a butcher shop and was so grossed out by what he saw, he stopped eating meat for a long time. Those animals do get cancer and I will stop here.
