While I have not tried the Smoked Polish Sausage yet, all of the Earl Campbell products that I have bought have been top-notch. His Hot Links are in my regular lunch rotation.
I'll have to keep my eyes open for the Earl Campbell smoked polish sausage. I like myself some good smoked sausage. Holmes Smokehouse, pecan smoked sausage, original is one of my favorites. It is a bit pricey, so I usually buy it when it is "on sale".
I usually don't buy hot links anymore as a meal with one hot link will satisfy my yearning for hot links for about 6 months or more. I ate a bunch of them when I was younger but kinda lost my taste for them. I used to get them from a nearby BBQ place many years ago......smoked, sliced and served on a sandwich with good BBQ sauce.
Now I'm getting hungry.

Don’t get my wife started on rice and the situation in Japan. It doesn’t affect us directly but she reads various things and hears from her sisters.

Supposedly the problem is that the rice is being sent cheap to China and farmers aren’t allowed to plant all their fields or something. I may have that wrong. And then they’re importing it at cheap prices from the U.S. to compensate the cheap price sold to China. Or something like that. I’ve had it explained to me multiples times but I can’t keep it straight.

@Kusojiji you just need one of those new super smart AI rice cookers. They make the best rice /s.

Always a new rice cooker technology to fix your rice.

Our almost 22 year old Zojirushi domestic Japanese version rice cooker has been working great here in the U.S. since fall 2003.

If it’s the speed of a gas burner, I wonder if an induction based system would make an electric rice cooker be able to get the same effect. Induction based systems can heat super fast. My sister in law in Kobe has an induction bad water kettle that’s blazing fast. And that’s at 100v. Our Bosch 240v based induction stove top is amazing.
Yeah, technology! I did spend quite a bit for the one that we have now. Has pressure and power and tastes different from my gas one. I'd use the gas one, but I forgot to add a gas spigot in the kitchen when we designed it. And it doesn't have the keep warm (keep alive? :) ) function.

I never heard about exporting rice, only about the rain shortage and the need for electric cars. Yeah, goes on and on. I watch a guy on uchube who is a rice farmer. He talks about the low water in the reservoir and river, but then does something miraculous and I guess not something for FNN, and that is pull out the pump and plumb it into the water system. Naw, that can't be true. I had to make sure I wasn't watching ancient aliens or something. :) That '50s technology had to come from space.

Modelling or what
Wow, I thought that was water at first. What innovation!

I have that motor. I use it for my solar oven tracker and used to use it for my 1st gen solar oven. Couldn't figure out how to keep tension on the belt.

It's 72 here right now closing out a gorgeous day. Supposed to start warming up here again til it will be in the upper 90s by the weekend. Worked most of the day and will be putting in a few more hours tomorrow and Wednesday. Depends on how busy the store is as to how long I will work each day. Dove season started this past weekend so we are starting to see more business. Had two passenger cars show up in the mail today for the Gorre & Daphetid.

owner of the Phillies has issued a lifetime ban from the stadium
I heard that too. Watched Washington beat Miami tonight (15-7). The Miami TV commentators were still commenting on her behavior and were not sympathetic to her.... One note: Fans were more respectful of one another when it came to retrieving balls hit into the seats. One guy ended up with a Marlin Players 1st career HR, and held it for the player.....Probably hoping for something in return. But everyone in the nearly empty ball park was civil.

Today was beautiful. Temperature range 49° and 75°, with full sun and breeze. One disconcerting note, there are Acorns on the patio and oak leaves on the ground.

Jaz: Nice to see you back with us.

Supposedly, she's from South Jersey. That in itself could explain why sh is what she is......Supposedly, a Public School Administrator. No school district will acknowledge her though.....Plausible but not likely.
I'm glad I missed that! If they showed it on the Rundown Recap, I missed it. From the sound of it that is not something MLB would be proud of.

They had regular smoked sausage and the Polish sausage. I remembered you saying they were good, so I bought two Polish sausage, my favorite.

I occasionally buy hot sausages. When I have a taste for it. For me, the hot spice detracts from the flavor of the meat. My Mom loved hot sausage! It was also part of her lunch rotation. She liked a local brand, Roma hot Italian sausage.

I feel the same about Johnsonville as you do Earl Campbell's products. All Johnsonville products I have tried have been excellent!
Windows 11 Pro doesn't like mice.
This is my PC, with the home addition. I had the same problem with my wife's old PC that had Windows 10 Pro. Her new one has Windows 11 Pro. I didn't have any trouble with the mouse when I set it up for her.

I think it may be the mouse, and I am creating the problem. I don't have much feeling in my hands. I suspect I am applying too much pressure to the scrolling wheel and damaging the mouse. Or it is an "operator" problem. With me being the operator in question.
I understand now that the owner of the Phillies has issued a lifetime ban from the stadium for her.
I'm glad to hear that!
It's getting to the point that I go to the "internet" almost every day to see who the new entitled a-hole of the week is.
The a-holes are another reason I avoid all things on the internet. Other than sports and this forum.

They usually escort the fan down to the club house to present the ball to the player. The fans always walk away with autographs and cool swag.
rice pudding
Is there a better dessert than a good homemade, baked rice pudding? Not in my book.
