They are calling for an early fall and early snowy winter. (White Gold) Just for an example we swimming in the pool till the 23rd of September last year, this year it ended the week before labor day weekend due to the drop in temps.Tom (Cambria) - Enjoy your last Friday off. Soon it will be time for the snowplows.
Same here, I closed mine up last weekend.Just for an example we swimming in the pool till the 23rd of September last year, this year it ended the week before labor day weekend due to the drop in temps.
NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! usually went told to be good the opposite happens and I usually end up in a mental ward so no!Good evening folks, hit only 73 here today and it felt great! Worked today, it was really busy until 330 because the Arkansas v Arkansas State game started at 4, then we could have bowled in the store. Got my lesson ready for Sunday School tomorrow and now relaxing. Y'all be good.

I was able to use mine up until yesterday, it was still 84°, but last night's low temperature and the shorter cloudy days ended it today.Same here, I closed mine up last weekend.
Whatever the challenge is, my friend, remain positive. You may be knocked sideways, but never backwards. The dust will settle and the path will be clear. If anyone is so inclined, please send positive vibes my way. There was some sudden drama that happened here over the last couple of days, and no clear way forward.
Thanks!
You try scaling down the figures that you have? I did that to some dwarves that I found on thingiverse and they came out ok. Your resin will probably do a better job.Spent an hour or so this morning lamenting on the lack of 10mm scale figures of zombies and other humans that I want to include on my Conrail Apocalypse N-scale layout....
Went to so far as to start looking up what swapping over to HO scale (18mm figures from gaming world roughly) would cost me. I can convert larger 3D human figures down to 18mm and still get good prints. Downsizing to 10mm is tricky at best. Body parts get toooooo spindly and don't print well, if at all at 10mm.
Hmmmm.... I really don't want the hassle of selling off the Nscale stuff I do have...
then I stared at my double deck layout....
What if.... Nscale on top deck. Use what I've got. Print figures slightly larger in the 13mm scale. Still tricky, but keep the trains in the foreground, and figures behind. Might look weird around structures. Keep the figures away from them somehow... Mix and match with 3D printed structures that I can slightly upres for people scenes...
And if I really want to go HO after that, well, I've got the lower deck of the layout I can go bigger on...
