Guess it's October now most places.
Trying to get the cat to eat wet food (with the hairball formula) and he's avoiding it. Wants his dry kibble. Looks like I'll be adding dry kibbles with the hairball formula back into his diet if he won't eat the wet food.
Found out it might be one of the board members of the HOA with an elderly dog that is not cleaning up. Supposedly she's over-worked and walks while on the phone with work meetings, so i oblivious to the dog's needs. Hubby does the evening walk, and he cleans it up. That is just Supposition right now, but her walk time coincides with the window of occurrences.
Need to do the first of the month (when I remember) vacuuming of the air filters in the house. Need to find a pet sitter to come scoop the boxes, and keep the water fresh for the Lord of Fuzz while we're in Vegas in November. Since none of you live close enough to do that, I need to read some reviews of sitters on Rover.com.
And I need to write a resignation letter for the gaming coordinator role I'm in. Oct will be my last month with the duties, so it's time to let the game company know.

Well not quite October here yet, but all the same Happy October folks.
Worked Tuesday, off the next two days, then Friday to wrap up the week. On another forum, we have a monthly thread called "Getting to know you" with a different member posting a question each day, we take turns doing a month at a time. I have the month of October, so I have to post daily "Quizzles", It is much like here, with members from all over the globe, so the variety of questions and the responses are quite varied.
It hit 87 today and should drop to around 67 tonight with the rest of the week being in the low to mid 80s here with sunshine and nice breezes.

Good morning... Still dry, about 8" below normal.

Lots to do at work to finish up the season but we have had the breakdown bug go through the shop on the equipment.

Well, a productive morning.
Resignation letter composed, refined via AI, then sent. Damn, the company receiving it was fast! they removed me from the special Vanguard only section of their discord server despite my resignation date of Oct 31.
I had to send a request to not drop my access to the tournament score reporting system so I could send in the scores from the end of the month tournament.
Then I scheduled my Covid booster at the local pharmacy. Doc was supposed to have sent in the prescription. I'll get that tomorrow after the cat gets his arthritis shot.
Now I just need to get on Rover and find a cat sitter.

happy Hump day!
Today My wife and I celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We will wait till Saturday to go out to dinner. too much going on
this week.
Volleyball last night was another win for us. This was a team earlier in the season beat us in our own gym. Last night we came
and beat them in their gym in 2 sets. Dinner was the usual Culvers on the way home.

wow october already, where did that year go?
but looking forward to this month. still a lot of work todo with my shop. but i hope it will go live this month!
and looking forward to my US Convention where i will attend this weekend.
of course i will take the camera with me to film some nice US layouts

It's Wednesday which is a golf day for me. I play every Wednesday and Friday. My other big model train order will be here Friday. Setting myself up for a lot of model railroading this winter. Swal
