You had to, you had to
You had to, you had to
I think that would be a good idea, Terry.End it Terry please
Makes one wonder how they rode. Not much written about them. There were also four axle versions. Not a completely original wheel arrangement, as the Fairbanks-Morse C liners built for passenger service also had the same set up, but on more of an AAR style set of trucks. LIRR, NYC and others had these.

Would be awesome read. One of my personal favorite recollections is in this issue of Rails Northeast-Curt: It's been said, that the railroads are run just like the military, so it stands to reason...On the other hand, what happened reflected the demoralized nature of the Penn Central at that point. I really should have kept a Journal, and kept a Camera with me to chronicle
I have no idea what that's called, but I definitely want one.
Hmm...sounds like this one fruit picking event that happened long ago in a certain gardenI have no idea what that's called, but I definitely want one.
And I hate you for showing me what I love and can't have.![]()
The combatants have been warned, and they all seem to have agreed to stop.I think that would be a good idea, Terry.
At the Aussie themed steakhouse Outback , it is a āchocolate thunderāI have no idea what that's called, but I definitely want one.

I don't believe I ever had the pleasure.Written by tower operator at Thorn tower: Mr. Erben. Maybe you knew him.
So you ran on AEM7s?I don't believe I ever had the pleasure.
I believe that number 80 is still surviving.
AM7s, HHP8s Acelas, E60s, P42s P40s P32s Bennet Levine's E-8s plus the Pumpkins and ex Go GP40Ps. My preference was the P42, which were used on the Keystone trains, before they started using the Meat Balls and ex Metroliner Cab Cars. (I also ran the original Swedish Meatball X995). The 4 cycle GE P42 takes forever to attain maximum speed, but it will get up to 110mph, (just in time to brake for the next speed restriction). The AM7s accelerated faster, (and went faster), but all electrics are wonky by nature, and Amtrak over does it with electronics that can suddenly go bad.So you ran on AEM7s?
You're a gold mine! My specialty interest is Pennsy electric lines during 1970s and especially Conrail electrics are my favorite. What was your impression on X995 (Rc4) when you got on it?AM7s, HHP8s Acelas, E60s, P42s P40s P32s Bennet Levine's E-8s plus the Pumpkins and ex Go GP40Ps.
