For those of you who sell on Facebook: how does one look up the reviews of a potential buyer?

I had one gent ask for three of my items grouped, "give me the bottom dollar"

Smells scammy. But the reels on his profile look real and like him.

If he's ever sold anything, there is a seller rating available. Also, if you look at any items he has for sale, you can see if he has 100 different items for sale for $127, all ship-to-you, all listed all over the country.
If he's local, you can meet in a public spot, like a McDonalds or a Walmart parking lot, both of which have security camera and possibly live security.

Unfortunately, he's in Vegas, and I'm in Indiana.
FB MarketPlace is confusing. It doesn't seem to link off the profiles. Evidently, I have to be in Marketplace to start researching someone's record.
EDIT: He has no listings on FB Marketplace. He's not in any of the FB groups for the games I'm selling off.

I was looking for a #6 switch John I see $29.98 is a reasonable price though. I already had a #8 which I just moved the switch position back farther then I wanted it to be, Thanks Swal.

Reviews IMO are meaningless. If he’s a scammer he’ll get you no matter the review.

I only take PayPal and only goods and services. Do not accept Family and Friends as there is NO protection. You’re still not as protected as if you were the buyer but still better than any of the other money exchange services. If you are really concerned and still deal with him you can also buy the additional insurance from the USPS. Add it to the cost of shipping! I’m not sure how the current regime will allow the USPS to operate but they will currently check out fraud if there still are postal inspectors employees.

Go by your gut feeling!
 
Good morning from So. Central Wisconsin. MIGALYTO (Mike’s) rain looks like it will stay south of me but not by much.

I have zip, zippo, nothing on the honey do list today! I’m not sure she has checked it yet but my mouth is shut.

Train room activity will be testing the newly laid curve. If all is good I have a Blue Point undertable manual switch machine to install and try. I did start a non-commissioned weathering project yesterday for a good friend. As one of my 2 chauffeurs to the operating sessions I’m not charging him. He won’t take anything for driving, I’m not taking money for this. Fill in work only! Thankfully due to Marlin39’s last 2 weathering projects I have a good idea how to weather cars operated in the Pacific Northwest on the GN. Before Marlin39 I had not weathered any cars for the 40, 50’s and 60’s. My friend is modeling 1965 on the GN!
