I was told to boil the water, but let it sit for a bit before adding the tea. The idea was to have the water at 200f.

I know tea is serious business to our British brothers and sisters.
Green tea, throw some loose leaf at pot add water whatever temp as long as hot drink in small cups flavour natures and gets stronger if too strong add more water, I’m pretty relaxed about my green tea but only drink it if eating Chinese. So usually restaurant hence being relaxed as is just about different every time lol

Milk belongs on the breakfast cereal , not in the coffee or tea.
Agreed black coffee, black coffee and chocolate powder, coffee and vanilla essence, coffee and coconut shavings, coffee ginger and cinnamon, cream welcome but not obligatory, like the odd black coffee if ground - not that fussy on blend, I like a Christmas cake flavour coffee ginger cinnamon optional nutmeg and real vanilla essence - not Keto, double cream poured not spooned :D

. My wife has spoiled me with Lipton's tea. Lipton is a British-American brand of tea. It is one of the most popular, if not the most popular brands found in our supermarkets.
Louis-I know its hard to change brands. I was a Lipton's ice tea drinker for many years. My wife got this brand at Walmart, and I think (just my opinion) it is better tasting for ice tea,

Maybe give it a try.

Oooh we could debate if, and if yes, what, cake goes best with either tea or coffee,
donuts, cinnamon buns,Chelsea buns, iced twists, scone and cream, pecan pie, butterscotch tart, cream horn (cone to sone people but pastry and usually dipped in sugar) palmier - a personal favourite hate my local supermarket still sells it in raspberry and lemon with cream when I can’t eat it…chocolate, muffin, chocolate, ate cookie, chocolate cake, oh bugger I know I put these up before but you can’t beat them!luckily they are not local to me!

I will try it, thank you!

I was always, cheaper the better, but now I'm a tea connoisseur, yeah right! 😁

I drink about 1/2 gallon of iced tea every day. My wife sweetens it with Walmart's version of Splenda.

The last is home made and a Keto version of a well known hazelnut encased in chocolate and yummy filling the word escapes me, but that Keto version is a worthy contender
