Afternoon all,

Gotta take a couple granddaughters home in a bit. Their mom came yesterday to get more of her stuff out of the basement. They moved out 6.5 years ago, and still stuff in the room. Since I've gotta paint it, she came to clear it out. So the girls stayed at their aunt's house to be with their cousins, so since we have stuff to take to their house, we 're taking them home.

Not a ton going on, have the room downstairs almost ready to move back into. Been doing other things instead.

diabetes.
Then you can do Keto, as it is low carbs hence low sugar, do you want recipes for wife? Many are tested, and can fit….BUT different people respond to different sugar replacers, diarroah a possibility, sometimes just a one off stomach shock, sonetiimes an issue, but I see you do Splenda so I assume that’s a go to for you.
bread options a,so and scotch pancake options.
try a small amount if you decide to rusk it,
almond flour
coconut flour
physillium flour

coconut butter
coconut oil
real butter salt or not to taste
double cream
greek yogurt
sweetener of choice
eggs

my recipes rely a lot on this list

various nuts also brazils, macadamia, walnut, pecan, hazelnut, almond (with skin or bleached if health issues)
100 percent cocoa chocolate so a little natural sugar but barely Montezua buttons a favourite, Lindt 90 percent has 7 gum sugar per 100g one chunk 0 .7 gram 1/10th 10g-60 cald

What's up with gluten? Mankind has eaten wheat for thousands of years, now many are gluten intolerant.
You see they have not, modern wheat is less than 100yrs old
old wheats for like 3000 years so not that long either, eg spelt

and companies want a heavy producing crop and not a healthy option so wheat is g m o just like sweet corn, I like heirloom sweet corn harder chewier less sweet,

older options of wheat or buckwheat not wheat at all,
wheat is bred for heavy cropping coping with winter or summer weather they do not care a toss for human health, in fact archaeologists can see 3000 years ago we started a lot of teeth issues bones] issues and ,and of milk (lactose sugar) and honey tasted wonderful but the true fact it was not healthy.(bible)
If any one here has skin issues, digestive issues, depression or headaches I recommend going 2-3 weeks on a meat only diet and it must be ruminant.
Beef goat sheep or deer all good, eat with salt nothing else, steakd]s or upto 3o percent fat, so cheap meat is possible meat not expensive, and I would honestly say I would be surprised if you did not feel better

the problem is many are sugar addicts,
and if it works you should then only add OnE item ever 3-5 days to find the products that damage your body

Hi, folks!

Mara -The Budd is a locomotive within itself. I believe they were mean't to be passenger pulling units originally. CN rigged 1501 to be a dedicated rail inspection unit. I can be corrected on those statements.
When it was in town (Autumn 2020), extensive track work had been completed locally. Here's a couple more photos:

I'm using 3/32" balsa sheet, only because I have a ton of it left over from R/C airplane modelling days. I should be using 3mm foam board.
As it is, I'm having to brace it with hardwood stir-sticks.
The idea is to build the walls with balsa, then pad the exterior with Dap Stucco Patch. The Stucco Patch dries to a rock hard surface. So, I suppose it's not much different than you attaching a brick-like surface onto an inner body.
I'll post photos as I go along.
Here's a start-up photo:

The buildings interior will not be lighted.
I call the whole project experimental. If I'm not lucky, I might just be wasting my time.

Have a great evening!
Here is a little video with sister former RDC budd railcar 1501. Some types of them I think. Great railcars!
GL with the project, keep us informed pls.

Ok, you're officially weirding me out now.

Milk: Boy found out something that you may or may not know. I was having issues with my left hip while still driving a couple years ago. Went to the doc and they wanted to replace it in a couple of years. Ya, figures. Well, since milk is chock full of calcium it finally dawned on me the calcium could be collecting in the hip joint ( all others too ) and cut milk in half. Before the cut, I could drink a gallon in a couple of days, now a gallon lasts more than a week; most of the time and the hip is not talking to me anymore. Still love the stuff, but did the every other time thingie with water.

No BUT I can see the reasoning, worth considering.
especially as the broken ankle damaged patella knee can still cause my gait to be stiff then leads to my knee swelling then my groin hurting then my other hip having sciatica type pain sharp and makes me yelp loudly and even sitting can then be murder then sometimes sit 5 minutes and all good, but calcium, good to add to the mix, because I prefer to garden, feed animals, stand and cook without feeling like I need to go lie down, remembering to bend the knee as I walk helps a lot but my memory is wrecked as I spent so long in a wheelchsir on crutches then limping, can now wear high heels yeah! For a reasonable time.
Agr and injury is a real git.
I guzzle cream as it does not make me gain weight.and add to neals, and if thick when opening pot a spoon will scoop up the thick stuff, yum yum.
I tried. magnesium tablets on advice from doctor, made me I’ll 3 times, strong stomach cramps gave up nasty stuff nuts give a lot of kit brazils one-daily dose of selenium, others-good stuff also, so mixed nuts (sorry do not need to be roasted or salted) but pistachios gave good kit too.
Our diets clearly impact gut health and our body components. and as gut health can be so diverse a one of advice will never work for anyone 9hence the lion diet 2-3 weeks recommendation, part of the time is your gut fauna getting used to the meat….sighs)
Our brains can work on fat or sugar, baby milk is packed with lactose sugar way more than dairy milk and pre disposes is to eating sugar, sugary cereals, all of which are actually very poor diet…..still see muesli and drool, or smell fresh bread or cake and whole body is like a blood hound on point lol.

I go on X this morning and I see the trucker's are refusing to deliver food to NYC. I want to find out more about this so I see a web page with all the info. I click on the page and I get, you have been hacked. Photos of something similar below and how to fix it. It's a scam which some say is by the software companies themselves. One person says if you have Windows 11 just turn off the Notifications because it's endless unless you do this. What every you do be very careful about giving out your credit card number.
Swal

left is cheap Chinese figures as bought, I did several of each figure to the right I tried a dark base colour, this offers shadows to any areas you miss, a popular step with people who specialise in painting figures, I painted the poor hair area, and darkened skin

then I relight the faces, usually I paint hands last or first then correct as required
to the far left I tried a different approach right was leathers so a slick black, left is denim faded
as these were punks I used a model glue (waves from my water modelling ) making spikes
View attachment 181498
the black leather got a studied theme, the denim a faded look, as I photograph from a safe distance an obvious highlighting is ok although far right the highlight is a gentler effect, it just all depends how much white I add and mix in to the vase colour
View attachment 181497
I painted braces and was too lazy to refine, I drew the fatten with a paintbrush initially but a felt. Tip would work, none of the faces had good detailing so I went for dark eye sockets as I know I can get away with this, the t shirt left was a trial that frankly worked out darn better than expected a fine pointed hand writing pen on a white painted face not quite dry (did the pen no favours tho)

the sloppy dress code works well with the poor modelled kegs looks like sloppy jeans
photographed cliff but from back avoiding faces

and face forward but further back where in a real picture you would not get eye detail so coloured eye sockets work just fine
placing them at the correct distance is the real trick
Cool cars, i'd take that Golf GTI in a heartbeat, but that Escort is nice also😁
