Not for nothing. I occasionally get a "surprise" dizzy spell, caused by getting up too quickly, or sudden movement. Another possibility, low blood oxygen levels, which even for very brief episodes, will cause a disruption. I don't have diabetes, and my numbers are generally in the good range.

Take a look at the work of Dr. Wes Youngberg and insulin resistence. Starting to have to deal with that myself. The Methuselah Factor by Dr. David DeRose is a good read too.

I may have to pay the electric company due to all the cloudy and rainy days and operating a couple electric heaters even though the gas bills have been horrendous!

I Still have 3 full months to make up the shortfall -- always have a shortfall each year at this time, but usually not as much as it is presently.

I have decided that I have had enough of them over the past year that I better start keeping track of the particulars - where, what, when, duration, vitals, etc.
The Spousal Unit insists that I see a doctor, but I am afraid that I could lose my driving privilege even though none of mine have happened while driving!

Well, howdy there internet peeps, and those who hate scooping cat litter

It's fence day. And Daylight savings time is coming in handy. The teens they had out earlier digging post holes had to wait for the supervisor with the concrete saw to come around. Now they're grumbling that they're working so late.

In other news: the parts I ordered for the Cat's Pooping Palace may not have been the correct parts.... Finding the DFI sensor online was easy... it's only when you go in through the tech help portal (that I didn't think I needed) that you learn there are two versions based on when your unit was built...

So, now I'm waiting on tech support to contact me... I even got the out the big 12 inch philips head to get some of the screws out....

And, in other-other-news Sis in law came down with the Coof. She and my wife and SIL's roomie were all over at Mother's apt on Sat. Symptoms started Sunday.

And now my wife is fighting something. She'll take a coof test tomorrow. So far, she's got general blah, slight fever, sore throat.

I'll be sleeping in the recliner for a few nights. Glad my back is mostly healed up.

A little further down memory lane.........

Remember Highway Patrol with Broderick Crawford? Some old episodes can still be seen on YouTube. Rumor was Broderick Crawford was a heavy drinker. He managed to get a DUI/DWI (driving drunk charge) and they had to film episodes on private property for about six months or so as his drivers license was suspended.
And of course, Rocky and Bullwinkle. With R and B episodes,there was another short cartoon whose star was Tom Slick in the Thunderbolt Grease-Slapper as a train, stock car racer, drag racer, racing balloon, swamp buggy, submarine, even a miniaturized skateboard. My favorite was Tom Slick racing Lionel Switchback in a train race.

By golly you guys are bringing back some memories. All those westerns were must see. That and Sunday morning wrestling on WGN -Chicago.

I have Covid! Yes getting dizzy can be an effect and the doctor decided that was it. Of course a test confirmed it.

Did a bunch of things at the exam that would have made me dizzy without going in dizzy. Thought at first it might be Parkinson’s because my sister has it. But I feel really good right now and wide awake
