Hi, and thanks for your honestly. That goes a long way towards explaining the hostility from another poster, and
possibly why my posts don't seem to get approved now. With this kind of policy nothing new has a chance.

First let me say that there is no "policy" going on here, neither by myself, any of the other posters or the management of this forum.
What interests me though is I remembered that I commented in post#9 that I had read you telling about having something working on a club layout at a show and went to find your statement. Found it on your website here

Crossing Gate Kit with Track Detectors and Flashers[/h]We showed a working model of this one at a swap meet in Indy a couple of weeks ago. (Many thanks to Nelson and Justin of the Naptown & White River Model Railroad Club for inviting us.)
We’ve had this running on a continuous loop for a couple of weeks now and it hasn’t shown any signs of wear. We’re working now to consolidate the software into one package so we’ll have the track sensors, flasher, and crossing gates all in one package for the $20 range.
This is another do-it-yourself kit. It looks pretty smooth, like Cadillac performance on a Yugo budget. (You thought I’d say Ford, didn’t you?) We’re using a stepper motor with a gearbox, not one of those solenoid gizmo’s using inverse viscosity grease. It’s easily strong enough to raise a drawbridge, we’ve measured it pulling at well over a pound at the shaft circumference.
Especially attractive about this design is that you can reach out and raise or lower the gates with your finger without harming the mechanism. Don’t try that with the $150 ones! Oh yeah, this’ll control more than one gate….. you can easily hook it up to a half dozen or more. (Of course, they’ll all go up and down together.)
Stay tuned, it won’t be long before it’ll be ready. The motor supply is limited, if you’re interested we could put you on our waiting list and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready.
and in p#9 I suggested that a video posted here would be helpful. I would find it strange that no-one including yourself took either pics or a video for promotional purposes.
Are you going to try to tell us you didn't do so, but if you did, then where is it?
