Ken, that actually worries me a lot! California just passed a law requiring the insurance companies to report cancellations of policies. This way if there's an accident you don't have to be worried about it. Though, in my mind, I prefer Michigan's "No Fault" insurance, so no matter who caused the accident, or if someone was driving w/o insurance, your insurance covers you & your car and nothing more.

I might have slightly exaggerated but it's basically true. Some have third party insurance which covers you if you hit someone else but doesn't cover your own car.

Some folk don't even insure their homes:confused:

Ken.

Morning Gents,

Nice day here in PA.

Last night I didn't work on my station. I shouldn't feel guilty when I plan an evening for working on my pike and do something else like drink a beer and watch TV. But I do. It's like I let it down or something.

Throws my schedule off.

The dar clouds are rolling in, the thunder is starting to boom and the rain has started to pour like buckets out of heaven so I better sign off and close this puppy down. I have had to many puter problems cause by weather to chance another one.

Mornin 'yall!

Steve - sorry to hear about your fight with Big Brother! Hope you don't have to hire a pricey lawyer to defend a spelling mistake!?

Thanx everybody for the encouraging feedback on my DCC decision. My NCE friend was dissappointed, but going that route would have cost me double what I actually spent, because I would've had to buy a whole 'nother command station (I already have a DCS100)!

:) Morning Gents, and a beautiful one it is:) !
We are packed up, hitched up, and fired up to go camping. I will see you back here around Sunday evening.

Have a great week!

Hi de Ho!

Been spending most of my time the last couple of days in the auditorium at school sorting out problems with the sound system for the musical this weekend. Got rid of most of the RF interference but still am having problems getting good signal from several mics consistently. We are using 17 radio mics in the production plus 9 other mics along with inputs from guitar, bass, kick, and three keyboards. I'm having way too much fun in retirement.... :D

Next week I am planning on spending a lot of time on the layout and getting some scenery done.

Hate to just pop in and leave, but I have to run back over to school and see if a guy has come to put extentions on the wireless antenna. so they will have better signal. Gotta run!

Afternoon all,

i took legal advice and spoke to the chief prosocutor, he say's return the form with not guilty ticked, and also report that the police officer got your car details wrong and include the covering letter from my insurance which say's basically "it's our fault" and the case will be thrown out of court, YEAH
Howdy Ray

Have any of you got the Hauppauge Win TV PVR 350 LOL i'm having fun trying to get it to work, i must have installed it and uninstalled it a dozen times due to Error messages, either initialization error HTV=0 or Failed to create TV window,,, it is getting me a tad frustrated
