Afternoon, Everyone.
Great news , Phillip, I hope he recovers well at home. I've been lucky enough never to be in a hospital overnight but I know I'd like to be in my own bed a lot more than a hospital bed.
REX, LOL...Us old guys can think quick given the right motivation.

We actually had an alligator strolling down Main Street a few weeks ago. Apparently came out of the Autauga Creek swamp area and decided to visit town. Took the cops and fire department quite a while to herd him back into the water. I didn't even think we had alligators this far north but I guess we do.
The poor folks in Arkansas are getting hit with some bad flooding. I'm glad to hear that the snowmelt in the rest of the midwest has not been a problem. The end of March always meant the first day over 70 in Cleveland was just around the corner so I hope that holds true for the rest of you in the northeast who have had such a long winter.
Ray, any guy getting an Electrical AP should be able handle some dead batteries.

Hope the dress rehearsal goes well and that you get some good news on your certificate.
Rex, at least you're kind of used to Southern pollen. This is just killing me since it took me 35 years to get used to California pollen. I've been sneezing and coughing like crazy. I'm not even touching my pine straw until these winds die down and we get some more rain to settle the pollen. The grass doesn't seem to bother me much but the pine trees plus all the other assorted plants I've had no exposure to in the yard knock me for a loop.
Did anyone else get that idiotic letter from the IRS telling me they were going to send me money in May? The letter says you don't have to do anything, just file your tax return. OK, if I don't have to do anything, why bother wasting time and money sending me a letter? Seems kind of like your grandma sending you a birthday card three months early letting you know she was going to send money in your real birthday card three months later.
Nice day down here except for the wind and low humidity. It's 65 with 19% humidity right now, kind of like being in the desert. I'm glad we've had some rain or half the state would be on fire.
