LOL on all the Outhouse jokes. Around here people call them 'Johnny Houses.' I guess that's why we call the bathroom a John. Actually we ought to call it a Thomas, since Thomas Crapper invented the ballcock/flush, which we use today.

Great work and pics again this week!

If y'all need me, I'll be in the 'Tom.'

My favorite antelope photo op location catches an SD40-2T on the point of the Mississippi Merchandiser Saturday 7/25. It just looks fast because of the pathetically slow nature of camera phones.

Here's an old wood kit made by I have no idea. Think it could use a bath. Even replaced the could springs with leaf springs. Sometimes use it for passenger service at odd times of the day.

As Amtrak was getting into position this morning at the local station, I noticed the local RR had been doing some cleaning out of odd areas.

Look what they had out in the middle of July, an old Snow Plow! :)

They pull this old switcher (NECR 1525) out all the time for yard work. I even found a video online of him consisted with a GP38-2 pulling a wood chip train:

I'll join in this week.
Here's a not so good shot of a freight on the Bear River bridge:
