whats the cheapest wireless dcc system that is good?

For what they do, all are pretty reasonable. My experience is NCE and Digitrax and both run well with NCE probably a little better IMO.
As far as cheap, that's relative. Considering what you get the couple of hundred buck add-on is well worth it.
