How about SD30J,
J for rebuilt by Jeffrey, you know how alot of the former GP30's the BNSF have were rebuilt to GP39E, M, and V.
E= EMD, M= Morrison Knudsen, V= VMV (Paducah), and J= Jeffrey

I'll go with an SD-30J too. I can't remember when but I think MR had an article where a modeler did construct an SD-30 and claimed he had EMD drawings for the engine, which never got past the design stage.

Or branch services. Milwaukee Road had SDL39's that had really short wheelbases and small fuel tanks.

Boy, that's a nice job on the SD-30 in the link. I never cared for the looks of the GP-30 but it looks a lot better with bigger shoes.
