I'm glad you like! I've been wanting to complete the actual kit to pose in my city but I've not done it yet. Box says 1/48th scale but who would know? They also make a little diorama with two war machines and a tank getting zapped in 1/144th (suitable for N scale)
1/48th would be right at home in O Scale.
Things are looking better on the extension on the layout. I have enough of the debris cleared that I can actually see the tracks. And yes, I saw the derailed car against the backdrop. Somebody has some explaining to do!
Looking good Jeffrey!
Here's a recent completion. Have two units to finish up today.

Thanks. I figured it was a good use of an old 80's era Bachmann. The pancake motor had gone up in smoke years ago. So I pulled the motor and gears out, did a bit of body surgery then hit it with the rusty metal primer spray paint. The loco is a Santa Fe unit, #150 and the tender is from a UP Greyhound. I have another Bachmann 0-6-0 from the 70's, also with a pancake motor but better quality than this unit. It's still a smooth runner after nearly 40 years and is lettered for the Louisiana and Arkansas Railway.
