Okay I've been meaning to ask this..

According to Wikipedia, the SD70ACE was brought out in 2004.

Until 2012, I can't recall seeing any SD70ACE models. Why did it take eight years?
Actually MTH came out with their SD70ACe models in 2009.

Great video and layout, Terry! I'll be one to ask for more pictures. Looks like you're going for the early 70's time frame. That's what I had with my old BN layout. But mine was nowhere near as nice as yours.

Thanks, Bob. That's exactly right, 1972. Just after the BN merger so I can run NP, GN CB&Q and newly painted BN units. I couldn't decide!


I've only got a few NP units, I'd like a bunch more. Who wouldn't? LOL!!
