The greenbrier logging and coal co

I have the bridge in plave t make fitting correct. Now to finish it with stain and place on the layout. Nothing more on the trees yet. Kinda taking another bit of a break to let my hands heal some. The meds are working but still can feel when they are starting to hurt again. A lot better than before. A shot below of the bridge laters

Sorry i haven't been here much. My wife had been in and out of the hospital for surgery on eyes and maybe cancer so i haven't done much of anything on the layout but run a few engines around the track. After a bit of running the 44 toner it has been working more like it did when i first got it. I hope it continues to run good. I hate sending the engines back and forth in the mail. Later all!

Deb seems to be doing better. She foes up to see her doctor tomorrow. I did a bit of scenery tonight. Just the town area and tracks. Nothing big just something simple. Shots below, Smoke

I swear, I can't get a break!! If its not Deb, Its the truck. I am finding parts for my classic 31 year old truck. I still need one more part and i can start putting it back together. Just in time to take Deb back to Lawton again. I got all the parts to finish my NW-2. When i get a chance to, i will do it and post shots here. laters

I got the NW2 wired up and ran it for a few minutes. Only one issue, the lights are backwords I think i can fix that without re soldering the connections. Now if i can fit all that into the engine. I cut as much wire as i could from both lights. I was right next to the drop resistor with having to heat up the resistor. That and cutting the connections to the dcc chip. The while thing is about 1/4th inch around. I just hope i can get it all crammed into the engine. This should be fun..yeah that...

A couple of Ugly pictures of the engine. So far i have both lights and the front wiring to the axles down. Its not pretty. I have tried 3 ways so far and don't like it so hope this one will work. One if the lights are more for HO instead of N. Got to make it work..yep!!

Not much more done on the little engine. I am having issues with the cement drying and the heat wrap holding the wire tight so it will fit.
