The “Give Tony Grief” Thread

I really like them but if I were to get them I would have to change my thinking about the over all scenery - that is what I am not sure about. Once I get the track in properly and can see how much room I have for scenery I think I'll be able to make a better decision.
 


So back to the layout for a second:) .... today has shown a lot of progress (I think). I cleared out another section beneath the layout so I can get to the back of it to put in the outside track, installed around 5 - 6' of track on the front side - um, well - that is about it :(

Now I have to start putting in some Drop Feeders and will have to think about running my main Bus beneath the layout. It is getting a little too big to run off of one set of feeders :)
 
Chris Yes you don't need anything else just power to the 751D I had a couple of them set up to throw 2 switches at once for a crossover
Oh OK. The CDU Tony has will power at least 12 switches at the same time, but I'm curious, you obviously know about CDU's, is there a reason they aren't used in the US, as Tony said, he couldn't find any, and I looked and couldn't find any either, are these some kind of specialist equipment not generally known about in the US since they are so hard to find?
