A friend of mine has come across a set of Southern Railway kerosene lanterns and was wanting to sell them, but didn't have any idea of their value...neither do I:o. There is a Green and a Red and a White lantern in the set of three. Do any of you know the value or where I could find out. All help (or even a guess) is appreciated.

I haven't been in an antique shop in a while, but I believe they start about $50.00 and go up from there. They are fairly common.

Yeah, that was my thinking as well. I did find info in a search: they are Adam-WestLake, version 2, man'f. between 1935-45.

I hope to see the condition this afternoon and if in relatively good shape, offer $180 for the set. If my offer is refused, then they can go to the trouble of finding another buyer.

Thanks for the help ;) :).
