I have a set of smokey valley stanchions for an athearn rtr sd60. I have figured out which are for the walkway and pilots. But there are others I can't figure out, especially the plastic pieces. Can someone help me out?
The "Y"-shaped plastic pieces are the clasp that should be glued to the backside of the stanchion after the railing is installed. The long ones are a guess for me...
These are going to be a PITA with no instructions. I may just end up looking for a set of NS railings.
The stanchions with the mount pins on the bottom are for the frt & back pilot walkways; the ones with the pins at 90% to the uprights are the ones for the side walkways.
