Hello All
After reading a post about Silflor grass I found the Scenic Express website.
I ordered a few batches of the grass tufts and called customer service to see how soon they could ship it.
They asked for the name and shipped it right away. I ordered after 2:30 and today it was sitting on my doorstep. I love great service, it's not seen much anymore
Cool, good to hear about good service instead of the usual complaints about bad service. I think it woulod be really good if we all posted when we got good service to help separate the wheat from the chaff.
I'll gladly "second the motion" on Scenic Express' great service. Every order I've placed for them has been promptly delivered -- but like hamltnblue's experience, my last order was outstanding! I placed it on-line early one Monday afternoon -- and before I left for work the next day, the order was delivered to my home! Ya just can't beat that!!

UP2CSX I 2nd that motion. I just ordered some items from Midwest Rail Junction and it took a week to get here. From down here that's pretty good. They even communicated with me when the items left. Highly recommended.
I ordered some parts for my Athearn engines from Model Railcraft Supply Depot & he called me the next day & said the parts were on their way & he cut the shipping down to $2.00 instead of $8.00. Got them the following day. I think that's Great Service.
