There is a great website for locomotives (railpictures.net) where you can select the different locos to view, but is there a similar website or resource to find rolling stock? Just curious.

There are a few sites. The best thing I've found is to google the particular piece you are interested in (ie Great Northern caboose X-153) and see what comes up. Also, the railroad's historical site can be a good reference sometimes.

Do a search for the "Fallen Flags" website by George Ellwood - plenty of rolling stock & power photos.
