I'm talking about the crossings where one track crosses another. I've seen 30 degree crossings, 45 degree crossings, etc.
I'm going to need a few crossings but don't know how to calculate what degree crossings I need. Anyone know?
Oh yeah, I know how to calculate a 90 degree crossing.

Fast Tracks has some free downloadable templates for turnouts, crossovers, and crossings. Print them out a use trial and error to find the right fit.
Hand Laid Track HO Crossings

Without going into long lessons on geometry, I think Doug has the right idea. If you end up with a non-standard crossing angle, you'll need to hand lay it anyway, so the Mk. 1 eyeball system will work fine.
