Any idea who owns this engine? Since it has ditch lights, I assume it's in current service.

Look's like one of Bob's snowplows. I knew he had a prototype somewhere he was passing off as a model.

that NYC unit, is that one that is used on a tourist line near Medina,NY?

The plow belongs to the Depew, Lancaster and Western, an industrial railroad around Buffalo (part of the Genesee Valley system), and the E-unit does indeed belong to the Medina museum.
