The 10x25 train room along with a 10x10 hobby room. Would both be insulated and climate controlled. The rest of the bldg will be for a '31 Model-A & Harley parking plus parts storage.

Started building Tables today & put up shelving on one of the end walls. Probably get all the tables made tomorrow.

They said everything will be finished by the 20th of this month. Yeah, I'll believe it when it happens & not before. Supposed to rain for 7 days starting tomorrow.

Big Update finally. Got all tables done Friday the 12th of May2023. Here's all the measurements; Looking toward the front door;Table length 23ft-2" Long by 13ft 2"wide outside. Inside 75"wide by 15ft-2" long. Liftup by front door will be 33 & 3/4" long by 36" wide. There's a 24" width walking area all the way around the outside of the tables from the table to the wall, except on the one end where my workshop will be. Shop is 15ft long by 86" wide at back door & 52" at the front of the building. The table on the right side where the Lift-Up will be is 3ft wide. All other Tables are 4 ft wide. All tables are 40" high. The shelving in the work area against the end wall are the full width of the inside of the building which is 17ft. 2 shelves of 1" by 12". The top shelf will hold 36 Lego Buildings(hope to use some of them on the layout) All of the tables have a steel clip attached from the side of the leg to the floor.

Since Jan. of this year I have built a lot of Lego structures all from Scratch & hope to use 1 or 2 on the layout. The top shelf will hold 34 buildings(I hope). 5-14-23

All the lumber for the front Porch came in Friday afternoon & will be started on Monday if it doesn't rain again. The porch will be 6ft deep & 10ft wide. That's where the Dormer was added. The front door will be centered on the porch & there will be a slopeing ramp from a sidewalk that will be added later from the concrete driveway to the ramp.

Got Front Porch worked on yesterday & Today. Still a little to do for tomorrow, then have to wait for the Concrete guy build a sidewalk up to my 12 ft. long ramp.

Also added some large family Pictures to the back & side walls yesterday & built a 30" wide by 6ft long workbench. 5-16-23. There's some vinyl floor tiles left over & I'm thinking about covering the bench top w/them for a smooth surface. Plywood is not as smooth w/out Knots as it use to be. I wanted 5 ply CDX good one side, but can't get that stuff anymore, only 3 ply. I will add a 6ft long 2by4" to the back of the table for a test track.

Lego's took up the whole top shelf that's 17ft long & part of the bottom shelf. I'll have to add some shelving below the bottom shelf about 6" wide & 17ft long for Train stuff. 5-16-23

Update to the Train Building today 5-19-23. Porch, Handrails & Ramp almost finished today. The ramp is 40" wide & 12ft long.

Added another 8" shelf by 16ft long under the 2nd shelf. Bought a small Bench Vise & a small Grinder for the work bench at Harbor Freight yesterday & installed all of that today. 5-19-23 I also bought a long arm magnified light about 2 weeks ago at HF & installed it on the end of the bench. Looks like a toilet w/the seat up.

Next week starting Monday they are going to build the small back porch w/Steps at the back door after they finish the front porch. I also got my 8 by 10ft shed today. All leveled & ready to go. In that I will have a bandsaw, Drill Press, 8" tabletop Bench Grinder on a all Wood 8ft Workbench that I have to build. Then I will add a 5000 Lumen 4 ft hanging shop light to the ceiling. They didn't have any windows to fit in the opening on the left side, so, I will probably get 1 from Amazon. Later if needed I'll add a small A/C unit. Called about my stuff coming up here from Florida in a Pod & they said 3 to 6 weeks. Was supposed to be here in a week. Hurry Up & Wait. 5-19-23
