Tried the link today and a page came up with a 404 error - page not found. Was probably a temp thing (the camera) anyway.

It's kinda blurry... Is this cam out in the open, or is it behind glass/indoors?
A lot of these webcams are blurry, especially when enlarged. Had no luck viewing it in Firefox 3.6 on a Mac; had to go to Safari. That, and ustream likes to insert ads into the stream.

its only new and cheap but once it get more views there is talk of an upgrade! A mic has be brought but just needs to be installed!

when the page first starts to load, it looks like it has a graphic of the track , (ATCS?) that pops up then disappears. What is it?

I think that's just the page background, which depending on your browser and window size disappears. Kind of distracting, along with the bleeping ads ustream runs during the feed.

I downloaded the ATCS monitor program. Does anyone know what files I need to download to monitor the Hair Diamond at Dalton GA?

Rotor

If ATCS is what I think it is, you have to be in range and hook it up to a radio scanner to pick up the codes transmitted over the radio

According to the web site, I only need the scanner to monitor radio traffic in the subdivision. This program also has a map showing blocks leading to and from the diamond, showing the when trains are cleared to approach and enter the section.

Here's the site: http://www.atcsmon.com

The Dalton cam just went down. Does anyone know if they are doing the upgrades to the cam and/or sound today?
