New gal here from Indiana

Hi everyone

Just joined the board today. I have a layout that my husband and I had started, but due to work and life, just haven't gotten around to work on it. Suddenly have been inspired to start working on it again, little by little.

I've lurked on this board a few years back when we started the layout, and learned a lot. This place has a wealth of info on it.

Anyway, it's great to be back.

Thanks guys! I'll try to get some pics posted next weekend. The layout only has the foam and some risers, plus we did some structures. I'll have to blow some dust off of it first.

You'll meet a lot of real friendly guys and gals on here with plenty of helpful advise if your in need of any?

I also have a problem working on my layout on a continual basis due to various outside forces it seems. But perseverance pays off. I find that by having even a small amount to operate on helps to hold your interest.

Also, I like to suggest L shape layouts as they generally offer easier reach over to the track area and that makes it much more enjoyable to operate the trains if there is halfway easy access to the various areas of the layout.
