NS & Conrail
Hey guys, my name is Jeff and I'm from the Williamsport area in Central Pennsylvania. I have been into the hobby pretty much all of my life but I really only have been active in the last two years. I belong to the Clinton Central Model Railroad Club in Castanea, PA, near Lock Haven.

I only have one locomotive that is totally mine, my Athearn NS 5426 SD50. My dad has a bunch of older Western Maryland stuff but it's DC and my loco is DCC. I model in HO and our club is all HO.

I'll probably be posting info and photos about our club soon, so if anyone is interested, check it out.

Hi DJ and welcome to the forums!!

Look forward to seeing some information on your club, and be sure to post some pics of that NS SD50 :D

Hi DJ,

My daughter just got accepted at Lock Haven University and will start in the fall. Tell me when you have open house and I'll try arrange my visitation schedule to see your club.

I'll post our website here and on the topic once I start it. And my SD50 is stock right now, but I'm about to install ditch lights and possibly get a new sound decoder if my wallet permits haha. I'll definitely post photos of the loco soon though.

That's awesome! It's a good school. On our website we have a page on our open houses. Castanea is south across Beech Creek from Lock Haven.

Here's the link to the site:

And here is the page where you'll find info on our open houses.

These will also be posted on the thread for the club once I post it.
