Yes, I am shocked from time to time to see a photo of mine up there. I don't remember how exactly, but I believe the directions for posting pictures over there can be found in the threads in the " Model Railroad Photo Contest" area. All of my photos I see showing up from time to time were part of one of those contests.
 
I believe they are taken at RANDOM from the members gallery. The Gallery's are on a different server so in order to upload a photo or view your gallery you have to log on again to that server. To the best of my knowledge photos posted here on this server are not transferred to the gallery s
