I just got these the other day to replace the plastic friction bearing ones on my observation car. One I must say these metal replacement roller bearings are nice. They have individual sprung axles that actually work with 4 small coil springs and 4 leaf type springs. Now my only concern is when I get the center hole opened a bit to accept the mounting tab will i have any problems with the interior lighting if I kept it the original way? BTW, original way was a contact strip from the out wheels on the truck, to the metal tab which held it to the body, then there was a metal tab under the plastic interior which fed power to the plastic light grid in the roof. Untill i get new interior lighting will the metal trucks cause any problems if I run it that way again?
