I'm gonna say, Tyco, 'Super' 630... Otherwise known as an Alco C630... The only thing that throws me off is the metal handrails, may be owner modifiation...

I had one too - it looked like this until I hit it with a rattle-can:

Yep, gotta say its the TYCO C-630. When first offered the handrails did come with it but as the years went by, they removed a lot of things like that and they really got to be 40hr engines. Whether or not the handrails on this one are the TYCO rails, its hard to say.
